Zeanie B. had our first pop up shop experience this weekend!! Although I gave it a lot of thought and preparation, the unknown of what to expect still left me nervous.
My sister helped me vend the event. She really helped pull together the table setup and kept things running smoothly with packaging up items, answering questions and ringing up sales.
We gifted Ethereal by love Atiya hair oil samples with each purchase (were collaborating with them for a giveaway with them in April). On a side note my family uses and loves Ethereal products.
Overall it went really well. I went in with an expectation to get more exposure for my business and it was a bonus making sales. We met some great people and I shopped from a few vendors myself. I wanted to support other small business/ black entrepreneurs and I saw some things I liked or needed. My favorite purchases are a candle from Lyt Intentions and a cute jacket & pants set from Luvfagan. We also got passport covers for the family from The Passport Hustle.
Looking forward to our next vending experience on 6/12 at The Grand Bazaar Market !
